Browser tools and the YouTube exception
Most of the site never receives your file. PDF, image, document, spreadsheet, presentation, ebook, archive, font, and developer tools run in the page on your device. Video and audio tools do the same after a converter library downloads from a public network on the first run. That library is code, not your file. Closing the tab discards the working copy in the browser. We do not keep a folder of converted documents.
YouTube tools are the exception that has to leave the device. A public watch link, Shorts link, or youtu.be link is sent to our server so the stream can be fetched. Private, live, members-only, and age-restricted videos fail. We do not keep the resulting audio or video as a library. You still need the right to save that video. The fetch is not a way around copyright or around YouTube's own rules, and a link that worked last month can fail if YouTube blocks it.
What the contact form and the host can see
The contact form sends the name, email address, subject, and message you type. Those fields are used to reply. Do not put a password or a copy of a private file in the message. Hosting logs may include an IP address, the browser type, and the pages requested. That is ordinary server logging, not a copy of your PDF or photo.
Cookies, if the browser stores them, are described on the cookie page. They are not where converted files live. We do not sell file contents. There is nothing to sell from a conversion that never reached the server.
If you want to know what a contact message still holds, email the address in this policy and ask about that message. Browser conversions are not in a database we can hand back, because we did not receive the file. YouTube downloads are not kept after the request finishes.
This policy is the one to read before you use a tool on a shared computer. The shared computer can still keep downloads in its own folder. Clear that folder yourself when you are done. The site cannot wipe a file that never left the machine.
